Kmaxx Kustoms Center Diff Mount

This is a universal center diff mount made to accept 1/8 scale center diffs. This offers adjustability to accept nearly every 1/8 center diff on the market. It also will allow you to mount a 1700 series motor and the more common 1500 series. Personally I like the Ofna spider 8 center diffs and the Castle 1520 motor and the castle 1717.

It is a 4 piece design that allows you to completely remove the motor without altering your gear mesh or removing your motor pinion. This is an effort to save time when diff fluid changes are needed or just general service is needed. With this mount you can change the diff fluid and reinstall the motor never needing to reset gear mesh or worrying about allowing time for thread lock to dry on pinion set screws.

The motor mount side of the mount is thicker than most to help prevent flexing with these bigger motors. The motor mount plate is attached to the rest of the center diff mount with larger M4 screws instead of the typical M3. The M4 screws thread into holes that have been helicoiled. This provides extra strength and will help prevent users from stripping out the threads. The rest of the mount is held together with M3 hardware that is sourced through Tony's Screws and is all included with the mount.
